"I write a lot of reviews for travel but felt compelled to write one today about Papuga. Wow! What a great experience in the middle of a tough family medical problem. Allen is great. What a personable, courteous, professional person. A real asset to your company. Unlike some other reviews, calling in was great and James on the phone could not have been more helpful in coordinating our travel problems. So, like anything you take all the reviews with a grain of salt. Our experience was 5 stars. They even waited while we completed our appointment and then drive us to the hospital as the plan changed. Saved us at least an hour. Please recognize Allen. Thank you."
